Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- If the address provided by the customer is incorrect/undeliverable, the customer is responsible for additional postage required to correct the address.
- An additional $5 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address.
LOST PACKAGES
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, Tidal Tots is not responsible.
- We will help you as much as possible to locate a lost package, however, please contact the shipping provider.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if product is defective (i.e. defective zipper, improper stitching)
- Photos of defect will be requested.
