Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • If the address provided by the customer is incorrect/undeliverable, the customer is responsible for additional postage required to correct the address.
  • An additional $5 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address.

LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, Tidal Tots is not responsible.
  • We will help you as much as possible to locate a lost package, however, please contact the shipping provider.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if product is defective (i.e. defective zipper, improper stitching)
  • Photos of defect will be requested.
